Sam
Learning Designer | Educator | Professional Learning Specialist
Sam is a learning designer and former school leader. He held roles including Diverse Learning Co-ordinator (K-12), Learning Support Co-ordinator, Maths Lead and Phase Lead. Through leading professional development in schools, Sam developed a strong interest in how adults learn and how professional learning can be designed more effectively. Sam completed a Graduate Certificate in Learning Design and went on to work in higher education at several leading Australian universities designing graduate-level courses, developing expertise in adult learning, instructional design and interactive digital learning.


Charlotte
Primary Educator | Curriculum and Assessment Specialist | Learning Designer
Charlotte is a primary educator and learning designer specialising in curriculum development, assessment design and digital learning. After beginning her career in primary classrooms, she moved into educational content development where she designed curriculum materials, textbooks, assessments and learning resources for primary learners while also reviewing and editing the work of other authors to ensure materials were pedagogically sound and curriculum-aligned. Charlotte has also worked as an assessment writer for one of Australia’s leading assessment providers, creating structured assessment materials used by schools nationally. Her work now focuses on designing clear, engaging learning experiences that translate complex ideas and research into practical professional learning for teachers.
